![]() Her Pokemon did likewise, appearing to be more caught off guard by her sudden unease than by anything else in the situation. “No I’m not.” The man stated, taking a few steps towards the woman who backed away on impulse. The first few cards only portrayed the Variational Species which were native to the Alolan Islands. ![]() Sure enough, this eventually confirmed that she was looking at an Alolan Pokemon. This of course was an unappealing thought, which she attempted to repress even as she began to examine the postcards that he had handed to her. She was beginning to think that this man had somehow been stalking her. This was similar to watching a movie where all of the details fell into place simply for the purpose of a plot only it was real life and that somehow made it all the more annoying when she thought about it. Really, the entire set-up made it sound as though this man had been a little to prepared for her suspicions. The woman raised a brow upon hearing this. “I brought those from Alola in case Zazzle wasn’t enough to convince you that I was from there.” He stated, either allowing the nickname of his Pokemon to slip or revealing the name of the Pokemon species itself. So at least something came good from all of her failed attempts at getting into contact with an Alolan Pokemon professor. As is she had been making attempts at getting into contact with Alola for months, and as a result she knew the postal codes and the names of the Islands well enough. She at least knew that these were authentic. She accepted the pieces of paper only to immediately realize that they were laminated postcards from Alola. Unable to tell if this was a sign of aggression or not thanks to being unfamiliar with the species, she would simply have to assume that there was no danger if only for the time being. ![]() She listened to the faint hiss which escaped the creature as he did so. In order to hand them over to her, he had to step around the black and purple lizard Pokemon. “My you’re a needy little lady~” The male commented, pulling a few pieces of paper out of his bag. Should she have to power up for a fight, she can materialize the aspects of Lunala (large batlike wings and hard outer shell) and Solgaleo (spiky mane hair, huge claws, organic armor). Lillie herself often has a cosmic-looking body of black, gaseous substance glowing with starlike shapes. Hyper pear shape-type figure! Very close to her Cosmog, which tends to be a floaty shortstack monster girl. Not Endowed herself, she lives off the fleet on one of their worlds, working at a quiet shipping company. She has a very complicated relationship with her mother, and prefers not to deal with her if she can avoid it at all. ![]() Nonetheless they are drawn to her, and she has been taught how to deal with them and relieve them from their pains. (Her canon dad DID raise her, though.) She harbors a deep terror of Pokemon after seeing the destruction they can unleash in their corruption, and to be fair, that is quite sensible. Lillie: Daughter of Lusamine, and possibly with no father at all, born of genetic cloning here. He had to guess that this Bothan- Ahuska- was a fan of his old acting work, and that Blakk’s invitation toward him was, in part, some sort of surprise favour to her, because he’d been instructed to hang back and wait until Blakk’s cue before meeting them at their table. ![]() It had been far, far too long, and he had to admit that he was painfully curious to see what sort of friend might actually be capable of dragging the Agent out into the light of day, even for a little while. He had been busy, but he’d never let Blakk know that he’d rearranged his schedule to fit him in. A pleasant surprise, but a surprise nonetheless. It had been a surprise, when Blakk had contacted him out of the blue, wondering if he was free to meet up for an afternoon tea with some other new friend of his. The young Alderaanian nobleman smiled to himself, as he stood discretely off to one side in the dappled shade of an archway artfully overgrown with flowering vines, slowly nursing a sparkling drink. His line of work brought him into contact with Bothans on a reasonably regular basis, and she had a vibrancy and openness to her that one simply didn’t see amongst those more embedded in the naturally mistrustful, back-stabbing culture of the species, whose economy was based on knowledge, and power was held by those able to seize and protect the most. ![]()
